Checking the session…
Forgot password
Your recovery code (shown once at sign-up, ABCD-EFGH-JKMN-PQRS form) lets you choose a new password. It is consumed: a new code will be shown to you, once. All your sessions are closed.
Your new recovery code — shown only once
The old code no longer works. Keep this one somewhere safe: it lets you reset your password. The pool keeps no readable copy.
Your account is suspended
Your account's mining key signed a mining transaction outside the pool. Your balance is intact and nothing is final: a person will review the case. If you used it by mistake or it was stolen, explain it here.
Payouts
Payout threshold
Paid every hour once your balance reaches this amount. After 7 days without a share, it returns to 10 PROX.
Payout address
A change takes effect after 48 h. Your payouts are on hold until then.
Security
Password
Changing it closes your other sessions. This one stays open.
Recovery code
Lost or exposed? Get a new one: the old code stops working and the new one is shown only once.
Sessions
A session lasts 30 rolling days. “Sign out everywhere” closes all of them, this one included.
